Came across this GAIL's members intro email quite by chance in my work inbox and was pleasantly surprised by the far from half baked body copy.

Still, I felt like it could use a little longer in the oven and decided to have a go at penning my own version...

Execution

My aim with this copy exercise was to highlight the key brand values outlined in the original email and utilise a warm and welcoming tone of voice, consistent with the cosiness of a good bakery...
